Holy Spirit School CHILDREN’S CENTER (K-8)
Extended Care Information 2006/07
The Holy Spirit School Children’s Center provides extended care services
and is available to all students enrolled at the school.
Space is limited and priority will be given to families using the monthly rate.
Hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on days that school is in session and on scheduled
teacher in – services, with the exception of the last day of school,
when extended care is closed.
Before and after school staff supervision is provided beginning at 7:45 am until
15 minutes following afternoon dismissal. Any student on campus before
7:45 a.m. or beyond the 15 minute dismissal period must be checked into the
Children’s Center.
Snacks: The Children’s Center provides a snack and a drink each day for
all children checked into the center. On 12:30 dismissal days all students need
to bring a lunch. There is no hot lunch available.
Fees: Annual registration fee: $25 per family.
Parents are required to choose the plan that they will use. Once any plan is
chosen, there must be a qualifying event (e.g., no longer working and will change
to hourly, or begin working and need to use the monthly plan.) There is a $25 fee
for this change, and there can only be one change in a school year. Under no
circumstances can changes be made before November 1 or after March 1.
Monthly Rate:
Kindergarten through grade 8: $260 per child per month for 9 months.
All monthly rates are billed at the beginning of each month, September-May.
Families choosing this plan must remain on it for the entire school year in order
to get August and June free. If you change from monthly to hourly, there is a
$25 fee and you will then be billed for the previous August and up coming June.
Hourly Rates:
All grades $6 per hour per child.
All hourly rates are billed at the end of each month.
June bills will be mailed out and need to be paid before June 20, 2007
Late fees: A late fee of $15 will be applied to the account per child
(if not paid in full before the next billing).
All accounts must be kept current. Report cards may be held in the case of
delinquent accounts. Re-registration for Holy Spirit School for the following
school year may be withdrawn for any family with an account in arrears on
June 1.
(These prices may be subject to change for 2007/08)
