Extended Care Information 2009-2010

The Holy Spirit School Children’s Center provides extended care services and is available to all students enrolled at the school in grades K - 8.  While we cannot provide extended care to our Pre-K students, there are day-care providers located in the immediate vicinity of our school.

Hours: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on days that school is in session and on scheduled teacher in-services, with the following exceptions.  Extended Care will close early (5:00 p.m.) the day before Thanksgiving; there will be no afternoon extended care on the day before Christmas vacation; there will be no extended care (morning or afternoon) on the last day of school.

Snacks: The Children’s Center provides a snack and a drink each day for all children checked into the center. On 12:30 dismissal days, all students need to bring a lunch as there is no hot lunch available.

Fees:

Annual registration fee: $25 per family.

Monthly Rate: $260 per child per month for 9 months. All monthly rates are billed at the beginning of each month, September-May.

Hourly Rates: $6 per hour per child. All hourly rates are billed at the end of each month.
