Tuition & Tuition Assistance


Holy Spirit School offers a variety of tuition payment options. A single annual payment (due in July), bi-annual payments (due in July and December), or ten monthly payments (July- April.) Tuition payments are processed through the FACTS tuition payment program.


FACTS is the largest provider of tuition payment plans in the industry, giving students and families from educational institutions at all levels a better way to manage education costs over time. With a FACTS Tuition Payment Plan, you can choose a convenient payment option to suit your needs.

Tuition assistance through Holy Spirit School is available for qualified current families in grades Pre-K to 8th. Tuition Assistance applications may be found on the FACTS website under the Grant & Aid tab. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to help those in need, however, first round awards for each school year are typically determined by April 15. In order to meet this date, applications should be completed by the end of February.

Tuition Assistance may also be available through the Basic Fund, a private organization offering aid to families entering private school, grades K-8th, for the first time in Santa Clara and other counties. For information on BASIC Fund Scholarships, click here:
