We are a PreK - 8th grade school where students, teachers, parents, parish and staff discover FAITH, seek KNOWLEDGE and experience COMMUNITY each and every day.
To join our vibrant community, we invite you to follow these steps.
STEP ONE: Tour the School
Open Houses offer unique opportunities to visit our campus, meet with teachers, talk to current families and get a sense of our community. We generally offer an Open House in the fall and another in January. Dates are posted as soon as they are scheduled.

STEP TWO: Apply for Admission
Please note, you will be asked to establish an InfoSnap account on the Diocese of San Jose's site for the 2022-2023 school year. A TADS account will be required to submit an application for the 2023-2024 school year.
Early Application Deadline: January 6, 2023
Student Screenings will be scheduled after January 6
Acceptance notifications will be sent January 31, 2023
STEP THREE: Pay the Application Fee
For 2023-2024, you will be prompted to pay at the end of the application.
For 2022-2023, please pay your application fee online here*
*Please note, you will be asked to establish a different GiveCentral account to pay the fee.
STEP FOUR: Optional Shadow Visit
We are pleased to offer shadow visits for students entering grades 3 - 5. Students who have completed an application may spend the morning with their future classmates.

STEP FIVE: Additional Documents
Please promptly submit a copy of the following for each student application. You may email documents directly to our registrar ([email protected]) or deliver them to the front office.
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (optional)
- Parish Affiliation Form (optional)
- Family Photograph
- For grades 1 - 8, please also include a copy of your child's last two report cards AND their latest standardized test scores
STEP SIX: Request Teacher Evaluation
Please have your child's current teacher fill out the appropriate evaluation form found in the email you received after submitting an application. Forms can also be found below.
STEP SEVEN: Assessment
Our registrar will reach out to you and schedule a Kindergarten readiness or a 1st - 8th grade level assessment with our teachers.
Please plan for your student to spend 40 - 60 minutes. You may wait on campus or drop off your student at the arranged time.
STEP EIGHT: Tuition Assistance
We are grateful to be able to offer tuition assistance for qualified families. To learn more, please visit our tuition assistance page.
A welcome or waiting list letter will be sent to families within two weeks of assessment. If accepted, a non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a spot.
