Book Fair & Young Author's Festival

Holy Spirit School hosts an annual Scholastic Book Fair with events and activities to encourage a love of reading. The library is transformed every year into a wonderland of books, special guests come and read to our students and adults are invited to evening events to shop for themselves or "just-right" gifts.

The Young Author's Festival is hosted at a neighboring Catholic school and features the original fiction writing of students from throughout the Diocese of San Jose. Students are invited to showcase their work, meet other adult and children authors and present a special reading at the festival. With gentle encouragement, our young authors shine!
